When can we leave the Halden Street lease, and what would leaving cost us?

You can leave on June 30, 2027, the break date in clause 14.2 1.

  • Notice: six months in writing, so it has to arrive by December 31, 2026 2.
  • Cost: three months' base rent, $41,250 at the current rate 3.
