What counts as one question?
One answer from Wick Fast is one question. Wick Deep reads more passages, so an answer costs three. Follow-ups count the same way. Uploading, reading sources and exporting are free.
What happens when I hit the limit?
New questions pause and the composer shows when your allowance resets. Threads, files and sources stay readable. You can add 500 questions for $6 or upgrade, and the change applies at once.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, and we tell you first if any collection is over the new plan's limits.
How do Team seats work?
Each seat adds 2,500 questions to a shared pool. Admins can set a cap per person. Remove a seat and its questions leave the pool at the next renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel within 14 days of a new paid plan and have used fewer than 100 questions, we refund the payment in full. Write to billing with your workspace name.
