New Wickline 2.4 reads tables inside scanned PDFs. See how it cites a cell

Answers you can check, from files you already have

Wickline reads your contracts, reports and notes, then answers in plain language. Every claim carries a numbered source that opens the page it came from.

  • Reads PDF, DOCX, XLSX and web pages
  • Cites the page and the paragraph
  • Never trains on your files

What happens after I upload a 200-page contract?

It reads every page before it answers

Wickline doesn't skim a summary. It works through the file the way a careful colleague would, and it keeps track of where each sentence lives.

  1. Step 1

    It keeps your page numbers

Each file becomes passages tied to a page and paragraph. Scanned pages go through text recognition first, tables keep their rows.

  2. Step 2

    It searches before it speaks

Your question becomes a search across the collection. You can open each search and see what it looked for and what came back.

  3. Step 3

It answers from what it read

Every sentence that states a fact carries a numbered source. If nothing in your files supports an answer, it tells you that instead.

How do I know it isn't making things up?

You can check every claim in one click

Wickline shows its work: the searches it ran, the passages it used, and the exact words each claim rests on.

  • Numbered sources, quoted

Click a number and the source opens with the sentence highlighted, along with the page and paragraph.

  • Every search is open to inspect

Tool calls sit inside the answer. Open one to see the query, the files it touched and what came back.

  • It says when it can't find it

No support in your files means no answer, and Wickline says so plainly.

  • Drafts open beside the thread

Letters, tables and summaries land in a side panel you can edit and export.

  • You see what you've used

Plans count questions, not tokens, and the meter is always one click away.

What are the limits? I'd rather know now.

Why Wickline answers this way

Reads from the places your files already live

We'd rather Wickline say "I couldn't find that" ten times than guess once. Every rule in the product starts there.

Questions people ask first

Short answers here. The long ones live in the notes.

Can Wickline be wrong?

Yes. It can misread a scan or pick the wrong passage. That's why every claim has a source you can open, and why it says so when your files don't answer the question.

Do you train models on my files?

No. Files and chats are never used to train any model, ours or a provider's. That promise is in the terms you accept, not only on this page.

Which files can it read?

PDF (including scans), DOCX, XLSX, CSV, PPTX, HTML, Markdown and plain text, up to 200 MB each. Photos of pages work if you export them as PDF or JPEG.

What happens when I run out of questions?

Wickline pauses new questions until your allowance resets, and tells you the time. Your threads and files stay readable, and you can upgrade at any point.
